Randy Chunn
Founder & Executive Director
Randy Chunn is the Founder and Executive Director of Not By Sight and has over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry. A gifted teacher and communicator, he has spent decades equipping and supporting pastors, leaders, and churches to grow in faith and purpose. Through his own journey of losing his physical sight, Randy continues to inspire others to see beyond their circumstances and live with vision, resilience, and hope.
Ashley Hodo
Not by Sight President
Magnet Program Director
With a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration and extensive experience as a Magnet Program Director, Ashley brings strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to excellence. She has also served on the board of the Aledo Education Foundation, where she supported initiatives that strengthen education and community engagement. Ashley’s background in healthcare and program development equips her to guide Not By Sight’s growth with compassion and purpose.

With more than 20 years of experience as a Controller, Jarrod offers extensive expertise in financial management and organizational oversight.
